Howdens Beautiful Kitchens
We have now been living with our new kitchen, designed and supplied by Howdens of Minehead. We would like to highlight the excellent service which we received from this store. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful throughout the design and build process. The quality of furnishings, competitive pricing and efficiency in supplying the products to fit a tight schedule could not be faulted. At the start of the procedure, designer Amy Parsons guided us through the planning process with care and consideration, taking on board all of our ideas and offering sound advice when needed. Thus resulting in a beautiful kitchen which far exceeded our expectations! It has functioned exactly as required without any faults or issues arising. We’re still amazed at how much practical storage has been incorporated into the space available. It looks beautiful and people often comment on the quality of build. Thank you to everyone involved throughout the whole process from design, build and fitting of the work tops, which were supplied and fitted by Howdens of Minehead. bad all round experience
Had to wait to be served. Just ignored when arrived no greeting like Hi be with you shortly. As though I did not exist. Two men brought out the order. Not a word from either. Ordered prefinished doors but not finished on the edges. All rough and not painted. Don't you expect a prefinished door to be finished all round not just the two faces. Skirting board with foot prints. All round a bad experience sorry. Customer service and experience surely is the number one priority?
