Great staff

Great staff, knowledge and communication. Only let down is from the company admin. I’m still waiting (over 10months) for accounts team to set up my online account. Whenever I try to login I get “Our accounts team is currently processing your application.” This means I cannot access any material or price info, I have to call or visit branch every time. Branch Manager has escalated several times, but still no progress from admin.

Howden's Monks Cross York - Fabulous!

Everyone at Howden's Monks Cross York were so helpful, accomodating and friendly. This branch is a credit to Howdens, nothing was too much trouble, James on our first vist, Claudia to measure our kitchen and Mike who helped us through the ordering process, plus others who just generally made the experience positive. Well done all!
