Lamona products are a joke

Lamona products are a joke. Kitchen has been in 4 months and so far the fridge was dodgy from day one. After several attempts to get a Lamona one that worked it was replaced for a Bosch. The dishwasher failed after two uses and flooded the kitchen on Xmas Eve. The “engineers” 🤣 sent to repair it the broke the end panel of the kitchen. So a new dishwasher was fitted with x2 visits from kitchen fitters. Now the hob has gone so we are returning it and getting a different brand and paying the difference. The staff at Howdens have been supportive. Kitchen units are great.

Very pleasant and helpful people

The people Rob Dave and Mal are very friendly and helpful; the delivery driver was a very pleasant chap so overall a very pleasing experience My only complaint is that the quoted price which I accepted was increased when I received the invoice after delivery. It was only £30 or so but I do think that notification would have been businesslike
