Did not get the kitchen which was…

Did not get the kitchen which was designed. A lot of miss-measuring by designer and refusal to admit he had made mistakes including exclusion of under cabinet lighting. Complained in store a number of times but was ignored and of course they have already had your money! Fitters were excellent but of course these are independent- they went over and above with all the issues the designer had caused.

Howdens designed my kitchen and have done a fantastic job. Nothing too much trouble even thoughi kept changing my mind in the shop...took things back that we didn't need and said they would deduct from the final bill...staff helpful polite and nothing too much trouble Thankyou

Customer Service from a particular employee

I’ve had 10 weeks of hell with my kitchen for various reasons - not all because of Howdens but 10/10 for Dean in the Workington branch. He has gone above and beyond and has helped me sort/resolve things when he probably didn’t need to. He has sorted things where nobody else could. I gave him a hard time at times but he was always empathetic and professional. I can’t thank him enough. Top bloke !

Had a kitchen planned by Stevie, he listened exactly to what I wanted and planned it out just as I wanted. Had a couple of little issues with an item that had not arrived on time but this was quickly sorted out .All the staff in Workington store are extremely helpful .

Kitchen purchase

I bought a new kitchen from Howdens workington and all my designs and problems were met by my kitchen designer Rachel and all my problems during the installation were sorted by Dean so I was very happy with the service provided, great products and service please keep up the good work 👍 👏 🙌
