Helpful friendly staff and top quality products

Free kitchen measurement from staff who really know their job, followed by quality after service when needed. The staff here are as good as it gets. I had a damaged worktop arrive once and it was swapped it within the hour, with free delivery. Highly recommend this branch, a friendly bunch who understand how hard us trades work, it helps us that they get it right.

Products good and friendly staff, BUT …. very expensive delivery !

Products ares good and staff is friendly. I forgot to check delivery cost and was charged, the new manager contacted me and very kindly fully refunded me. This is more than fair. I cannot fault the customer service at this branch.
