Five stars all the way for us! Fantastic experience with Howdens Wigan from initial design consultation through to fitting everything went really smoothly. Matt the designer was excellent and went out of his way to ensure everything was done correctly. Fitting team John, Adam and Andy did a fantastic job in installing the top quality kitchen. We are delighted with the finished product! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Howdens Wigan

Howdens can't designer

Howdens at is worse depot they designed so sling wardrobes costs us 3k and were wrongly designed. Went in to see the manager and he wouldn't do anything towards the cost of putting them right. I will never use that branch ever again as it cost £1000 to put it right. There selling products they not got a clue about

Left waiting

Been into Wigan afew times. Had to walkout last time as wait was to long. Annoying as staff were sat in the office and could see the queu from where they sit. One person serving but 3 other tills with noone working them. If your staff don't want to serve dont let them sit and watch .

For the customer nothing was to much trouble

I have over the years i have had to contact various companies regarding spare parts or other items but I have never had the experience I have had with Howtons of wigan the staff were absolutely brilliant nothing was to much trouble they searched the computer system until the correct part was found and ordered it arrived the next day Phil and Mark you are brilliant.thank you

Bad design

The manager designed the wardrobes wrong and was not willing to help fund the cost of correct his mistake. It was the first time using one of the bedroom products and won't be using it again as was sub standard and the level of service and support from the wigan branch is shocking. I will never use that branch again

Howden's went above and beyond for us

Howden's went above and beyond for us, we bought a kitchen from another supplier, which unfortunately went terribly wrong, I spoke to Tom, who came out within 30 mins , designed the kitchen and had it delivered to our door within 3 days, what we what have done without him I do not know. The customer service has been amazing, and we love our new kitchen, he suggested add on's to the original design, and it's honestly perfect, Thankyou Tom @ Wigan Howden's, really really appreciate what you did for us in such a short time frame.

Impressed with the kitchen units

Impressed with the kitchen units, less so with the joiner who was one of the ones recommended by the company. The minor things that needed finishing, apart from one job, I have ended up doing and paying for myself. Other things like cupboard doors not being level I may have to address at a later date. I left a review on Google reviews and Howdens asked me to email more details…… I’m still awaiting a response to the email I sent 2 weeks ago. Sceptical to recommend. Respectfully Howdens, with regards to your reply suggesting I email you, as stated above, I did this on November 7th and got no response whatsoever.
