Fantastic service from the whole team at Howdens Westbrook. I worked well with my kitchen designer Bryan who was very patient and accommodating. Together we came up with a great design at a great price! Am so pleased with the look and quality of the kitchen. It has superseded my expectations! Would recommend unreservedly.

Impossible to get accurate quote

Impossible to get accurate quote. Never replies to email. Sent quote through with wrong items and 2 weeks on still waiting. If you’re not spending thousands they’re not interested.

Exceptional service with no stress

Never used a big company for kitchens before, after having lots of issues with my renovation and dodgy builders I decided to try Howdens, wow what a relaxing and stress free experience, Toby the manager could not do enough, I did not have to worry about anything when an issue popped up it was all dealt with without me know , my kitchen looks amazing the price was good for the workmanship that was done and the quality of the cupboards and the design is something I could not imagine , well over my expectations, I will recommend to all my friends , the staff at Howdens Warrington/westbrook all where very helpfull and always on hand to chat and reassure

Ive been an account holder for over 10…

Ive been an account holder for over 10 years numerous occasions i have been charged incorrectly and twice for items especially when they have to order stock in. Thr final straw was when a set of drawers had been priced on my account but we never went ahead and collected them. Then somebody decided to just book them out as they though I had them. To say i was fuming and disgusted was an understatement i have now reduced my credit limit to the minimum amount and im now looking at a new supplier. I shouldn't have to keep checking invoices. On the other hand the orice of certain items is now astronomical compared to the likes of screwfix especially for locks that are exactly the same.

Excellent help from Warrington (Gemini) after a amusing mishap

Visited the Warrington (Gemini) branch after stupidly using oven cleaner on the cover for the extractor. Safe to say, this was not a material that was suitable. The guys at the branch told me how to find the model number and after finding it, made quick work of ordering a new one. It arrived in branch in 48hrs and is now back in place. This branch specifically says trade only - so they would have been well within their rights to send me away, but they went above and beyond. Thanks guys!

Go to Howdens first!!!!

Carl and Lewis really looked after us when we purchased our kitchen from Howdens at Westbrook, Warrington. Both were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. Having initially sat in a fancy well-known high street kitchen showroom for well over ‘3’ hours with another supplier, we should have gone to Howdens in the first place! A lot cheaper and better quality too!!!
