They deliver a new machine inside your property and this is no problem to them but then when you want the broken one taken away they say “sorry but we are not allowed to enter your property” ???

I’m really pleased with my new kitchen, good service with joinery arrive 5 days good work so hard, I’m really happy with my kitchen. Howdens is brilliant good quality and nice staff around. They can help when have any problems sorted been great.

Fantastic service from the whole team at Howdens Westbrook. I worked well with my kitchen designer Bryan who was very patient and accommodating. Together we came up with a great design at a great price! Am so pleased with the look and quality of the kitchen. It has superseded my expectations! Would recommend unreservedly.

Impossible to get accurate quote

Impossible to get accurate quote. Never replies to email. Sent quote through with wrong items and 2 weeks on still waiting. If you’re not spending thousands they’re not interested.
