I had a good experience with the West…

I had a good experience with the West Bowling branch of Howdens. The staff are helpful and seem to really care about getting what you need, whether it’s kitchen fittings or other building supplies. Delivery was on time, and they went out of their way to sort stock issues, even sourcing items from another branch quickly. While there might be room for some improvement, the customer service, especially from people like Alex, really stood out as professional and useful. Overall, a solid recommendation!

Kitchen planners are a waste of time and only interested in getting their commissions/hitting targets. Utter waste of time. Just out to rob customers and make them promises that the fitters are then expected to fulfil even though the reps get the money!
