Good knowledgeable service!

Went to our local Howdens which was Wednesbury branch. Polite friendly staff upon arrival. Appointment made for Kitchen Fitter to view my kitchen, quick appointment date which suited me. Amy was polite, punctual and very helpful. Took time to listen to my requirements. Returned to Wednesbury Branch a week later to see the plans, where Amy answered any questions we had and went through the new spec in detail. Overall a very professional service with knowledgeable friendly staff!

Amazing customer service as always

Always an absolute pleasure visiting Howdens Wednesbury. Every single one of the staff is a delight, so helpful and always cheerful. Aimee looked after me today and totally took the headache of calculations away, so good at her job. Another fab purchase!! Delivered as promised. Super service Howdens Wednesbury

Visited Howdens Wednesbury via my builder to have a look at kitchens. From the moment I walked in service was perfect.. lovely lady welcomed me and made me a drink, and set about showing me what might be of interest from what I’d told her. So helpful. Branch manager Kyle booked me in for a measure up and a couple of days later having listened to what I wanted came to my home and brought a few samples. Nothing has been too much trouble, he has helped me put my kitchen together and taken the headache away for me. I’m so chuffed with the service they provided. Great customer service, gorgeous kitchens, genuinely nice people. can’t wait for mine to arrive, which again will only be a week or so. Superb!! Thanks guys 😊

Very pleased with our new kitchen from Howdens in Wednesbury-from start to finish have been kept informed with what is happening and when plus the fit and finish of the product is good. Excellent quality and price

I had my new kitchen designed and supplied by Howdens Wednesbury. I have nothing but praise. Staff are very helpful and kind. Customer Service 5 star. The designer Sean was excellent and visited the build on numerous occasions. A very positive experience.
