Always stocked up, beautifully designed kitchens by Chandon sorted in a day to the millimetre, need a part no worries sorted in minutes. Staff all work like an F1 team they are on it. Mark the manager this guys is everywhere on the desk, counter, warehouse but always giving helpful advice and closing the deal wow the guys out of this world. Carl served me today the guys quick and so organised in his method of workings what an asset to the company. Tarnya is a fantastic kitchen designer with unlimited time for your project and extremely motivated so you leave a happy customer. Love this place and it honestly makes my life as a builder so simple which makes me look better. Easy work! Thank you to all. Don Ford Ruislip.

After care was fantastic and the whole experience has been great. Having work done to your house can be stressful but they took this away. Very high quality. Work surface amazing. Exceptional experience

This is our second kitchen renovation but our first using Howdens. Their customer service has been brilliant all the way through. The fact that they work with the trades means that it takes so much pressure off of us as the homeowner. We’ve had Felicity helping us every step of the way and she’s been brilliant! So thorough, honest and knowledgeable. In fact, Felicity’s kindness and professionalism is the reason we chose to buy our kitchen from Howdens in the end. Superb service and Quality Kitchen

I was initially let down by a branch who cancelled a design appointment, however Howdens Watford came to the rescue and promptly organised for one of their expect designers to take measurements and discuss kitchen options. The designer Felicity created the perfect kitchen, maximising all spaces available and making the kitchen as efficient as possible. This was not the case with another kitchen provider I spoke with. Once all the units and appliances were agreed, the order was swiftly placed and delivered within my desired timeframe, helping me to align perfectly with my builder. As with all projects, there are always one or two minor issues, however to Marks credit, he sorted out every issue very quickly and was even answering calls during his day off on Saturday morning. Mark really did go the extra mile with countless phone calls to my builder to ensure everything was built correctly. I was told the service would be the best I’ve ever received, which is a bold claim, but I have to give full credit where it is due as the service completely exceeded all of my expectations. Every single one of my calls was answered or returned within minutes and every minor issue was quickly resolved, with replacement items delivered the next day. On top of this and most importantly, the quality of the products are superb.
