Having a trade account you would expect…

Having a trade account you would expect to be cheaper than local stores or competitors. Recently purchased oak doors from a competitor Howdens were £60 + vat cheaper. Recently priced up a door & frame Howdens were £160 more expensive than B&Q whare the general pubic go Really someone needs to look at the pricing aspect to be told you have a discount of whatever percent of what there is no prices on the catalogue Regards one annoyed customer
