Howdens Uttoxeter ... amazing kitchen designer

The best possible service ever from Howdens Uttoxeter. Emily designed our kitchen perfectly and dealt with all our many changes with more patience than we deserved! She always so helpful and able to come up with fresh ideas to fit in with our wishes. The whole team was great, friendly and helpful. Emily, however, needs a badge as big as a dustbin lid for helping us to get the design we really wanted.

Creative and Patient!

Although we were not changing our layout greatly, Emily proposed a few changes which have improved the look and flow of the space. She was also very patient when I kept tweaking the design!

Useful advice and excellent service

We needed increase the number of storage units in our kitchen and also replace some doors on existing units. we contacted Howdens and were made aware of their kitchen design service. Emily came to the house, took measurements and gave us good advice on planning for the future rather than just dealing with our current requirements. As a result we decided to change the colour of the replacement doors and match the new units to them; This has transformed both the functionality and look of our kitchen. Throughout the process we received excellent service from all the staff we encountered in the branch.

Very unreliable

Very unreliable. Designer came out and said the design and quote for new kitchen would be with me in a week. 3 weeks later I chased..." I've been promoted so been busy" no apologies and if this is is how promoted individuals deal with requests and customers I would strongly suggest you go elsewhere. The manager called me after I complained and was totally unhelpful and just repeated they had been busy. DONT GO HERE!!

Very pleased with our new kitchen from…

Very pleased with our new kitchen from Howdens Uttoxeter. Emily came out to measure up and offer some useful suggestions that we hadn’t thought of. Then went away to design our kitchen. A visit to the showroom followed where we viewed the design, made a few changes and finalised finishes, appliances etc. Everything was delivered on time. A couple of last minute changes were accommodated without any problems and a faulty light replaced. Emily was great though out
