Great service and quality kitchen. Howdens tools is step by step from start to finish. Paul at the depo was first class and designed or kitchen beyond what we could have expected he made use of the space far better that what we could imagine. Paul also recommended a kitchen fitter who did a fantastic job. The quality of the kitchen and the price was excellent as well

Excellent service

Paul from Cwmdu store was great from start to finish, he understood exactly what I was looking for and executed it perfectly. He is extremely knowledgeable about all the products, nothing is too much trouble. I am delighted with my Clerkenwell Gloss Dove Grey kitchen and utility room. I would highly recommend Howdens Cwmdu, Paul and Nadine to anyone considering having a new kitchen. Also a big thank you to Dan and the guys at Better Cut for the installation.

I couldn’t be happier with my new kitchen – it’s absolutely stunning from top to bottom! A huge thank you to the Howdens Cwmdu Branch for delivering such a high-quality product and service from start to finish. The kitchen range itself is beautifully designed, both stylish and functional, and has completely transformed the heart of my home. Special thanks to Paul Penhale, the kitchen designer, whose vision, knowledge, and attention to detail were second to none. He listened carefully to what I wanted and brought it all together perfectly. A big shoutout to Nadine Morgan, the Branch Manager, for ensuring everything ran smoothly and professionally – her support throughout made the whole process seamless. And finally, a massive thank you to my kitchen installers, Roger Porter and Karl Doran, for their outstanding craftsmanship. Their work was precise, tidy, and clearly done with care and pride. If you’re considering a new kitchen, I can’t recommend this team highly enough. A 5-star experience from start to finish!

Great quality kitchen

Outstanding experience

We visited the Cwmdu depot today to look at the showroom to look at flooring and to make a few final decisions on kitchen colours, etc. Even though we have had our kitchen design carried out by a different outlet; The staff were incredibly helpful. The lady on the trade counter and Nadine went out of their way to help make some final decisions, gave some really good honest advice and clearly knew what they were talking about. Very professional and personable and would highly recommend.

Howdens by far the best Around…

Howdens are by far the better of all the kitchen designers and manufacturers, the whole process was done efficiently and in a timely manner, some extra bits of equipment were needed which as faultles to arrange, can't thank Howdens and their staff at the Cwmdu Branch in Swansea. The main reason I'm giving such a positive review is The Wife is Happy So Happy Wife . Happy Life

The experience and knowledge of the…

The experience and knowledge of the designer, Paul Penhale. We wanted to keep the original shape of the kitchen and had been told by another kitchen company that it wouldnt be possible. Paul and the kitchen installer Rob Harris fitted my choice of Allendale Antique White shaker with a copper splash back - and I am over the moon with the transformation. Paul kept in touch throughout the fit and I cant recommend then highly enough.

Ordered door handles and waited 10 days…

Ordered door handles and waited 10 days to come in when they arrived they were supposed to be brass but you sent Black I was then told I had to wait another 10 days so i had to cancell the order and a refund I found the identical 1st choice brass handles on line and were delivered within 2 days plus they were considerably cheaper and the quality is great might have to give Howdens a miss for a while untill they can get their act sorted

Really please with everything.

Kitchen designer Paul Penhale was very helpful with my selection of my new kitchen. He came up with storage solution I had not thought of. I was really pleased with the kitchen fitter Roger and the finished look is amazing. Would highly recommend.

Knowledgeable and Professional, why buy anywhere else !

For many years I have been building new and renovating old houses. We all know it’s a complex and problematic industry but the challenge is finding people and products that overcome these issues. I cannot speak highly enough about the team at Howden-Cwmdu especially Paul Penhale and Liam Doran !! Their knowledge and ingenuity in designing and supplying our carpentry needs is 1st class. Moved into a house that had a Howden’s…

Moved into a house that had a Howden’s Hockley Kitchen in Matt black but I needed some extra cupboards. I contacted Cwmdu Branch and spoke to kitchen designer Paul Penhale. Not wanting to be overwhelmed with more black cupboards he suggested the Hockley Sandstone range to tone in, which, worked beautifully and am absolutely delighted with the result. Roger and Karl the installers were clean and efficient in their work and were very adept at negotiating a few tricky fitting problems. They couldn’t have been more helpful.

Efficiency

As a tradesman who has had accounts over the last 30 years with various companies, I can in all honesty say that having only been an account holder with Howdens for a couple of weeks that I have been short changed elsewhere, staff attention to detail and helpfulness has been enlightening.
