I have been an in the contracting industry for over fifty years and have had experience of many wholesalers over this time. Howdens is certainly one of the best. Their counter staff are polite and very knowledgeable. Whenever I have a problem, they go out of their way to help. Paramount to this must be the leadership of John (The manager). He is willing to assist in any problems unlike other managers of other companies. Excellent company I would recommend them to anyone who need to install a kitchen, replace doors or other items throughout a house or flat.

I contacted Howdens Sutton n asked to speak with John Daniels - the manager. I was told he will call me back. I didn’t believe he would as is usual with most companies! He did n after listening to the issues I was having with my kitchen cabinet- he immediately said he will visit n suggested a date n gave me his number. He kept to that promise, checked out the issues- promised to send someone to fix the problems. Kept that promise also. Kept in touch to let me know when the fitter’s number to call him to check when he will be available. The fitter attended n fixed the problem within a day! 👍🏾😊 . One is still outstanding - hopefully will be sorted soon 😊 Few days later John called to check if the problem was sorted n I was happy. Thanks John for your excellent customer services, being customer satisfaction oriented, your efficiency, approachability, n friendly customer support! Much thanks n appreciation. You should be made consultant in guiding customer services officers in the UK how to deal with customers in such a professional n friendly manner ! Thank you 🙏🏾
