The "trade-only" line seem like…

I recently had a few things to say about the discount structure at Howdens. In fairness to them, they were sufficiently concerned to make contact and discuss my concerns, which seems pretty decent. I have been a loyal customer over the years and rate the product highly, so perhaps I just need to get with the times. I accept that there's no point in just trying to be cheapest, but I still feel that discount structures should be clear for those of us with an anoraky attachment to spreadsheets.

Really helpful and professional designing the kitchen, everything arrived on time and nothing was damaged All the staff in the Shoreham-by -Sea branch were very knowledgeable and helpful. Very pleased with the final outcome and the quality of the units.

Ivan has been a fantastic partner…

Ivan has been a fantastic partner throughout our kitchen design process. What really stood out was his genuine enthusiasm for our project and his attention to detail. From the first meeting, he was incredibly knowledgeable and gave us great advice on how to make the most of the space. He really helped us get the balance right between the classic shaker style we wanted and a more modern feel with the worktops and finishes. There were a few unexpected challenges with our layout, but Ivan handled everything like a pro. He quickly came up with creative solutions that kept the design looking sharp and practical. He worked closely with our installer, too, making sure everything stayed on track and ran smoothly. Even when we had to make last-minute decisions (like adjusting for those surprise beams!), Ivan stayed calm, professional, and always ready to find a solution. From start to finish, working with Ivan has been an absolute pleasure. He’s been incredibly responsive, flexible, and truly invested in making sure our kitchen turns out perfectly. Been working with the Shoreham Branch for the past 8 years and the service has always been outstanding. Paul and his team do a brilliant job looking after our clients from the moment they make contact to ensuring the project is completed. Their flexibility and resourcefulness in making sure that my team has everything they need to finish a garden room is amazing. They will always work to meet tight delivery slots, ensure the units arrive with care and are quick to replace any missing components or damaged items if required. The team on the front desk, Paul, Scott and Tayla are all very friendly and their knowledge of the Howdens stock is second to none. I must also mention Laura in the design team who’s never failed to design a project that’s perfect for the client and Phil and the team in the warehouse for the laughs. I have had a fantastic experience using Howdens for my new kitchen. Ivan was a true ambassador for Howdens. He was excellent throughout the entire process even when we had a few issues with our order (no fault to Howdens) they sorted everything with ease and efficiency. I would recommend Howden’s to anyone and especially the super star designer Ivan
