Exceptional customer service

Hunting a previous flooring bought from Howdens years ago. Served by Maggie. She quickly established the old flooring was discontinued, and suggested a close match. I couldn't see the difference. A company and employee that really know their business.

Although not living in the Shorham…

Although not living in the Shorham area, I am building 4 eco properties in Lincolnshire, I met one of the staff from Howdens at a mutual friends house, I was surprised as how knowledgeable and helpful one Maggie was in assisting me with different options available and actively pushed me to use my own local Howdens dealer. I was surprised how corporate minded the Howdens staff are. Happy to put my business there.

Love my kitchen! …

The designer was very helpful really took on board what I wanted in my kitchen. She carefully worked it into the design and let me take ages choosing what I wanted, changing my mind frequently so it would fit my budget! The kitchen is now complete and looks fantastic, I really love it. The whole team at Howdens were incredibly patient and helpful. The kitchen feels of very solid quality too. I would definitely use them again for future projects.

Following on from review and contact from Howdens to contact vie reviews.howdens the email does not exist. So no way of responding to the claim of help!

Lamona wine cooler failed contacted Howdens who would not help with repair or replacement avoid Lamona products as they do not last.
