Outstanding service

I use the Selby depot regular for my rental property’s and always have brilliant service, came into a bit of a pickle choosing the correct tap fitting I needed for a Belfast sink, nothing is too much trouble and I’m always greeted with a friendly happy team. Appalling after-care towards

Initial support when kitchen was designed and purchased was excellent; however, when returned to store to get a credit for a damaged item, the woman that served me could not have been more rude, abrupt and unhelpful. Seems the aftercare is none-existent and are not interested now they have my money. I ended up leaving without the credit due to the attitude and treatment I received - was not worth the abuse.
