Staff are extremely helpful and patient with all the changes we make during all our kitchen projects. Happily measuring and re-drawing for us until we are satisfied. The products are always of great quality, and where we've had to make changes during fittings when building issues have surfaced, they have always taken items back and exchanged or refunded. We've been able to take samples for visual effect and return them. Very happy with Howdens and their services.

KITCHEN Where do we start apart from nothing but exceptional!!! The service from Mollie Brown at Howdens Parkway, Scunthorpe was amazing. Such personal service, she was always available at every opportunity needed and if not, she always got back to me immediately. We took a while deciding on layout and colours, etc, but Mollie was extremely patient and provided her expert opinion when required. MEDIA WALL We wanted a bespoke Media Wall designing by Mollie and after providing her with some images, she did a fantastic job in designing it. Again she was always available for any tweaks and enquiries we had with regard to its design etc and has taken a personal interest in the installation and its completion. Thank you, Mollie for providing us with our dream kitchen and our new media wall in our lounge. It’s been so worth it!!! Jo & Garry xx

Kitchen design and refit

Had Mollie design our new kitchen which was fantastic and just what we wanted. She liaised with the fitter as and when it was necessary. No issues were a problem and her advice was very much appreciated. She is polite and very friendly. The kitchen was delivered when required with no parts missing or damaged. All in all an excellent experience.
