Above all expectations

I just want to say a huge thank you to Mick the manager at Scarborough Howdens, I approached him to see if he could donate a small Easter egg for a local charity raffle, without hesitation not only did he agree but he went above all expectations and had a whole box full of artisan handmade chocolate eggs and gifts made especially for the charity. These were mind blowing and took centre stage at the fundraising event, people were buying more tickets just to win these masterpieces. The charity raised more money last year because of Mick and Howdens kindness!! Not only do they sell kitchens, bedrooms and flooring, they give back to the community too, take a huge pat on the back for this Mick, you are a true legend 🤩

I’ve never used Howdens before

I’ve never used Howdens before, I’m more than happy with the service of the Scarborough branch, the manager and staff were really nice and helpful, they guided us through our kitchen design and purchase. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Thank you for all your help Mick and the team

from start to finish these guys…

from start to finish these guys delivered perfect customer service! there was no pressure and the choice was great. Mick the manager showed us the displays and introduced us to Mark the designer, he cam to our house and measured up, we went back into the store and had a chat about what we liked, Mick was there again and we had a chat like we were old friends, such a super bunch o friendly people with no pressure on us, if I was to buy another kitchen, or bedroom it will be Howdens Scarborough every time, thank you to Mick and the team for making us very happy.

New kitchen

From choosing the kitchen Mark who designed kitchen was very helpful and changed design until we were happy . Lee Drysdale the joiner was excellent always on time very efficient as were his team Tom electrician ,Alan plumber and plasterer . Highly recommend this company and also they list of professionals who did the work .

Excellent Service

Mark at Howdens Scarborough went above and beyond to help us. Few small problems which were sorted immediately. Everyone at the branch was very helpful. Will be going back again for units for the utility room which is the next project.
