Another great purchase - but it's the support that makes the difference!

I purchased a replacement Lamona stainless steel sink along with the respective plumbing kits. Callum at the branch sorted out my order and popped everything safely aside pending me getting round to picking it up and fitting it. My customer loves the product. For me though, it's the customer support that the Howdens - Royston team offers that makes the big difference. On this occasion, I found, (whether it was my error not ordering it, or it was missing), that the blanking insert for the tap hole wasn't to hand when I was fitting the sink on-site. A quick call to Gemma at Howdens - Royston, and the required part was happily dug out for me. Like Callum, she's always such a great help. I've found that on many occasions its been these customer service touches that has me wanting to place my orders with Howdens rather than look elsewhere. As ever Howdens - Royston, "Thank You!"
