I’ve set up an account with howdens to have new doors and door frames, since February I’ve had 3 bills sent to my house saying I owe the full amount, which I paid in full, then 2 others for a fraction of the price, phoned my local branch and they give me the dept departments number for myself to sort out, which came out that I owed nothing

Exceptional Howdens

Went to Howdens in Porth today to ask about a replacement panel for my kitchen that I had unfortunately damaged. Their service was exceptional from the boy on the counter to the man who brought us the panel. Nothing but praise for this local Company. Highly recommended

New customer (of sorts)

I have been a cash customer of Howdens for a few years and when there recently, discussing a house renovation including a new kitchen, I opened a credit account. The shop staff were very friendly and helpful. A young lady came out and measured up, and talked us through some options which we'd not thought of, and we've set a date to go and view the plans. The other items that I ordered on the day were delivered exactly when promised by two very friendly and helpful chaps. Overall, I can't fault the service in any way. Just waiting to see the kitchen plan now .....
