Amazing experience

Mandy was an absolute breath of fresh air when we met her, to design my dream kitchen. She listened to what we thought we wanted/needed and came up with ideas that we hadn’t thought of and when the design was sent to us we fell in love with it. Mandy is very knowledgeable about products, no pushy sales pitch which was so good, she is mindful of what people want and she was an absolute gem to design what we could only have dreamed of before. We cannot wait to go from design to reality and would recommend Mandy to everyone.

Samsung washing machine .

Having had the unfortunate bad luck with 2 lamona faulty washing machines , which I put down to manufacturing issues , the staff at Howden portchester branch quickly resolved the issue and I have now purchased a Samsung model from them which is absolutely brilliant .John the manager and his staff go above and beyond with their customer service , it cannot be faulted in any way. Thank you to all staff at this branch which is our local one 🌟🌟to this branch

New kitchen - Portchester Branch

Mandy at the Portchester branch was excellent. She understood what I wanted for my new kitchen more than I did! The design maximised use of the space and has delivered a light, airy and seemingly much bigger kitchen. The quality of the products and customer service was excellent from start to finish. All items were delivered together and on time. I would have no hesitation in using again.
