Due to my error I ordered the wrong size product, they kindly collected at no cost and replaced. Subsequently I discovered one of the units had slight damage, with NO drama or accusations they once again collected and replaced. A pleasure to deal with all the guys at Neyland.

A pretty stressful experience.

The assembly process was definitely easier than dealing with Ikea, and the quality seems to be superior to Wren. However, we were sold products that didn't match what was promised, and we didn't receive a like-for-like replacement when we beat a quote. Wrong items were sent, missing items and we had to wait for these to be sorted for correct ones. There was no mention of a delivery charge when we agreed to the price, and we've been trying to resolve this issue for months with no success. *UPDATE* I will definitely think twice before recommending Howdens to anyone and using the Pembroke Depo for any further purchases. All issues have been resolved and raised with the depot manager.
