Exceptional staff and equally amazing service.

We were recently passing through Orpington and because we were close to their Howdens branch and we were in the beginning stages of replacing our floor we decided to stop in on a whim to take a look at their LVT options. I'm so glad we did as the customer service has been nothing short of exceptional. We had the great pleasure of interacting with James Glover and he couldn't have been more helpful. He is a true credit to Howdens and went above and beyond to help us all the way through the process. Aside from being incredibly nice and professional, you can tell that he genuinely cares about the customer experience and truly wants to make things as easy as possible for everyone he deals with. Renovation is always a bit stressful so when you are fortunate enough to interact with people like James and all of the fantastic staff at Howdens in Orpington, it goes a long way to alleviate some of that stress! Special mention must also go to the wonderful and charming Monica who has also been so helpful and friendly and went the extra mile to help us solve a last minute conundrum we were faced with! For us, James and Monica have set the benchmark for customer service and deserve recognition for the fantastic work that they do. Thanks so much from Jess and Ian!

Great product, friendly and helpful staff

Having searched for a new kitchen Howdens were by far the best product and customer service. Gurpinder helped and gave me loads of ideas for my dream kitchen. Her advice and knowledge made my decision so much easier. From start to finish the whole experience was fantastic. I would definitely recommend.

Gapinder at Orpington Howdens ,designer was so helpful , I'm a fitter ,The worktops I had needed to be deeper for services, so came on site the next day and agreed , nothing was charged for the 900mm tops , and they arrived with the main order in time , And communication is 100% not forgetting a thing

Excellent customer service

Jamie & James provide an excellent customer service, I used to shop in B&Q, Selco and other brunches but the level of customer service received at Howdens are next level. Will do all my shopping here moving forward are James and Jamie really do care and support all customer.

Howdens Kitchen

G from the Orpington Howdens came to plan our kitchen. I could not of aked for a more pleasant and professional lady. Nothing has been too much trouble, she has talked me through every last detail and changed things to get the very best for my kitchen. Our builders got behind and she has been very helpful rearranging our delivery date. I would highly recommend the service.

Alex Ellis of Orpington Howdens…

Alex Ellis of Orpington Howdens assisted our building project, providing complete kitchen for 2x new build/conversion houses. Items included engineered stone flooring and floorboards, sorting and architraves and doors. He was extremely helpful from start to finish. The project took a total of 3 years to complete and we had to change contractors half way through. He was extremely helpful throughout. Even without contact for a good 6-9 months, we managed to pick up where we left off when the project restarted. To keep up the level of customer service over 3 years is excellent work! Thanks Alex! No doubt, I’ll be using yourselves again! Great Job!! 👍
