What a refreshing find

What a refreshing find. I had an issue with a fridge on the last day of it's guarantee. I had an issue with pacifica and after 3 months of chasing they said it's with Howdens speak to them. I was expecting to receive the same shoddy experience, but no. Ellis answered the phone and took over from the offset. She couldn't have been more helpful total restoring my faith in customer service. She kept me updated all the way through even when she had no news as it had to go up the line. Needless to say we have a new fridge and it's been fitted. What a delightful lady and so very helpful. I would totally recommend Howdens they take ownership of an issue and deal with it from start to finish. Thank you

Great company to deal with!

Great company to deal with! Made everything from design to delivery really easy. Very obliging when organising delivery and everyone we spoke to was always most helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The quality of our kitchen is excellent can thoroughly recommend.

howdens costly experience£££££££££££££££

went to howdens and brought some bedroom furniture £200paid for it was told i was getting a deal left went to screw fix approx 2 miles away bought exactly same think no same make cost £70 2 days later went back and got £200 refcund happy screw fix you do the maths and tell me if you would be happy you asked for review

Superb service and products

Superb service and products. The kitchen was complicated but with help from Nick and the rest of the team at Howdens, Colchester the installation went smoothly and the end result is amazing. We still have various tradesmen on site and everyone comments on the quality because if looks so “high-end”!!!! Well done and thank you to all the team at Howdens. Colchester.
