Great service

We recently bought a kitchen through Howdens Newhaven. From start to finish, from the house call to design the kitchen through to the end of the project and credits for items not used, James Harris was first class. He understood what we were trying to achieve and responded with flexibility and patience to our changes of mind. We used our own fitter, who had not worked with a Howdens kitchen but James was always ready to advise with the complicated elements. The delivery men, worktop templates and fitters were all friendly and professional.

There was an issue with an already purchased worktop, I was lucky enough to be served by the lovely Jackie (phone). Her excellent efficiency, manner and humour provided a great customer service. Jackie dealt with the problem without hesitation, she was everything a company could ask for all wrapped up in one. Thank you so much Jackie, not only did you save the day, you went out of your way to make sure your customer really did feel they came first, even though I think that was you!
