Staff helpful and friendly.

Some lovely kitchens but on this occasion we only needed an interior door. Reasonably priced and of good quality. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend this company.

Matt cupboards a defo NO do not recommend

Had a lovely new kitchen we love it however went for the dark grey Matt cupboard doors looked lovely when first installed however a nightmare to clean now 3 years on doors look streaky and they are so very difficult to clean , howdens did come to review however just given the cleaning guide which is nothing different than I was doing already , again 3 years in and the cupboards look streaky and marked tried to contact howdens a couple of times left messages but heard nothing back defo would not recommend and I’m seriously looking into getting a company in to change the style doors as they are high maintenance the cupboards even mark with just water marks which is not good in a well used kitchen if someone could contact me again to discuss I would really appreciate it

I went to howdens for a new kitchen. Johnathan from the Chesterton branch who visited my how’s to do the plans has been true gent. He is welcome round my house for a coffee anyday. He thought of things we would have never done. Thank you

The customer service is brilliant as usual, really helpful as always. More than happy to continue using Howdens as the kitchens I believe to be the best quality, much better than wren or wickes for example.

Great company, not so great depot.

The kitchen got delivered 4 days earlier than arranged, so the driver had to take it back to the depot and deliver it on the right date. Some of the cupboard doors were the wrong colour and had to be swapped, the oven was different from what my customers were told they would get. Organisation and an eye for detail clearly lack at this particular depot which is a shame as other branches are spot on. This entire review reflects on the branch, not the products.
