Excellent Service - Brilliant Staff

Visited the Nelson store to enquire re a new kitchen as a non trade customer - met 2 lovely ladies - sorry didnt get their names it was a Saturday and an appointment was booked for the following week for the sales agent to measure the kitchen - Jez came and was great - really helpful and full of knowledge and ideas. He went away and rang the following day for me to see the plans - WOW that is service - I met Lauren along with Jez - what a fantastic asset this lady is to Howdens - so enthusiastic and clearly loves her job with Howdens - after swapping ideas I bought the kitchen the same week - I would not hesitate in recommending Howdens to family or friends - the service I received was excellent - special thanks to Jez and Lauren x

Great service

Excellent assistance in store. Great product, solid and excellent build quality. Easy to complete the final assembly, but paper instructions would be better option that the need to use an on-line document.

Howdens Nelson was my go to when I needed aqoustic panelling and flooring for my salon refit. The team are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The new showroom in the brand new depot is great with plenty of inspiration. The delivery was quick and efficient too ! Definitely would recommend this depot for all your kitchen/ bedroom/ flooring, items worth the visit I am really pleased with my end result Thankyou Howdens Nelson.

Big shoutout to Darren the delivery…

Big shoutout to Darren the delivery driver who came to my house this morning to deliver some worktops . There is still quite a bit of snow ⛄️ in Trawden , which has turned to thick ice and he couldn’t get near my house because of my car , which has been stuck there since Sunday . Darren tried to move my car , as he didn’t want to hit it with the worktops , but without success and I didn’t have a shovel . I rang the joiner to come and help him . Such a kind and thoughtful man , truly a credit to your company . Howdens Nelson .

This is my 4th Howdens kitchen

This is my 4th Howdens kitchen. I love the service, the sales staffs knowledge, skills and approachability. Howdens have a range of high quality kitchen units and work tops. I was offered alternative styles, colours and high end appliances. The kitchen designer this time, Jed, knew exactly what would work for me and offered different designs that were practical and fit my needs. There was no pressure to buy. Great experience again. I highly recommend Howdens.

First class service. Great people and quality.

From the moment I popped into the showroom for brochures to ordering my new kitchen...I felt very welcome and under no pressure at all by pushy sales people. Jes and the team were really friendly, warm and listened carefully to our requirements. Played around with our thoughts and ideas until we nailed it. Nothing was too much trouble. Beautiful people with positive vibes. The kitchen is very good quality and will last us for a long time...worth every penny. Thank you so much for an excellent service.

Great service

We have had a kitchen designed by Howdens Nelson and it is nothing short of brilliant in all aspects. All staff are polite and knowledgable, product is superb and nothing is too much trouble - the three designers Jes, Danielle and Ellie all helped design the space. I would definitely recommend.

Been dealing with Nelson branch what a waste of time extra money has been added to my invoice and never receive my gift which they said they were gonna give me and added another t Unit on my item which I don’t need, and paid extra for , maybe I should’ve went to B&Q or a different company not happy at all even though I’ve shop with them in the past,with weee good ,

Staff only interested in hitting targets for bonus

beware if you ask for a price then send your customer in to look at colour and worktops if they say they like it they place it on order then. never came back to me saying do you want to place on order. Staff to bothered about getting bonus from sale didn't require for 3 months and all you get is your account is overdue you try and sort it out and they don't want to know
