I would highly recommend Howdens...

I would highly recommend Howdens Kitchens in Morecambe. They were fantastic from start to finish. Russ who designed our kitchen was very helpful and patient. Even their delivery guy was polite and helpful. The kitchen is of good quality too. It has also been fit to a very high standard by Ben one of the fitters that was recommended. Thank you

Terrible after service

Very happy with my kitchen but service if anything goes wrong is appalling. Chose Lamona appliances as they have a 3 year guarantee. Bit concerned as some people seemed to have had problems when things broke under guarantee. My dishwasher refused to start, still under guarantee and then started leaking water into my kitchen. Rang the firm who fitted the kitchen, went through the trouble shooting, no luck, so she rang Howdens for me on 18/11/2024. Nothing happened for a week so rang again. On 27/11/2024 I received an appointment from a firm called Pacifica whom I’d never heard of giving me an appointment for 7/01/2025 for an engineer to visit. Rang the firm who fitted the kitchen who agreed it was totally unacceptable to have an appliance leaking water into my kitchen for 7 weeks and would contact Howdens again, and also wrote a short review for Pacifica. Pacifica did respond and offered a repair date of 16/12/2024 but said they only had engineers in our area on certain dates, agreed it wasn’t acceptable and said they would contact Howdens, I have heard nothing from Howdens and they are well aware that I have had a leaking appliance in my kitchen since mid November.

Howdens Morecambe are lovely to deal with.

I’ve used Howdens for over 12 years now. I’ve always been happy with the product. However I have to say that the staff at the Morecambe branch are amazing to deal with.
