Had my new kitchen from Howdens in Merthyr Tydfil. Absolutely amazing service from start to finish. The staff were so helpful. The quality of the kitchen is fantastic. I'd highly recommend them.

Howdens Merthyr is fabulous

Howdens Merthyr is fabulous, I've used them for over 16 years now, Never had a bad experience if Lucy, Caitlin, Amelie, Callum & Colin/Jordan will serve you, or the fantastic kitchen designer in Lois, (highly recommended) or any of the managers that’s been there over the years all willing to help you and if items ain’t in stock they’ll can get them on the same day to help run our business smoothly! 5/5 from me!

After dealing with howdens the last few years I can honestly say the service they provide is second to none, nothing is ever too much the the team from the people on the front desk right to manager, id also like to mention Colin in the warehouse his service when you go to collect your goods is outstanding, cannot recommend the Merthyr branch enough 👏

I’d highly recommend Howdens, Merthyr Tydfil Branch. We recently purchased a kitchen from them, the service throughout was outstanding and Nadine the branch manager was amazing. Nadine listened and understood exactly what we wanted and designed the most beautiful kitchen. We’ve had so many people asking where it’s from and who designed it. Massive Thank you to Nadine, our Kitchen is the best part of our home thanks to you 😊

I bought a lamona gas on glass 5 burner…

I bought a lamona gas on glass 5 burner hob, 22,08,2022,on the 28th January 2024, we heard a boom from kitchen went out and the hob had shattered glass everywhere, I eventually had a new one fitted on March 1st after the local howdens manager intervened because the repair telephone centre is a joke. So 9 months after having a new one fitted ,the same has happened again, I don't recommend this appliance it is highly dangerous, I am just glad my young grandchildren weren't in the kitchen as the glass has gone into the living room too.
