Brilliant customer service all the time!

I ordered some doors to collect on the website, unfortunately the handles weren't showing up for click and collect, so I rang the branch and spoke with Chelsea who was brilliant and found them with ease and added them to my order for collection. All the staff at Malton are brilliant and always welcoming with nothing a problem for them!

Just perfect

Ordered a few units and loads of doors for a kitchen refurbishment. Everything ready to collect. Quality is first class, easy install. I need to swap one minor part and return a few bits that I didn't need. Branch had the bit in stock, all done. Excellent branch of Howdens.
