I dealt with the Knaresborough branch where the staff were always very helpful. My main point of contact was Peter. He was a pleasure to deal with. Always professional and provided first class customer service from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He ensured I was happy with layout / design / price and went through various options until I was comfortable with my decision. Provided great after care service too. I chose the Chilcomb Porcelain. It looks fabulous !

Fantastic kitchen

From start to finish, Peter at the Knaresborough branch was fantastic. Nothing was too much to ask and his friendly and helpful approach made our project easy and achievable. Any issues were dealt with efficiently and without question. We shopped around but found the service at Howdens second to none and we've been extremely pleased with the quality and service we received. Would highly recommend.

Great design ideas…

We were looking for a good value, but quality kitchen for a small kitchen in a rental property. Peter Farrell came up with some ideas and designs which really made the most of the space we had and incorporated everything we wanted/needed to make it ideal for our tenants. The software he used to design the kitchen and show us how it would look in 3d etc was fab. Thank you for all your help Peter - we recommend anyone struggling with their kitchen layout to come and see you.

Howdens were brilliant

Howdens were brilliant. They spent a lot of time considering our requirements and incorporated them into our design, they were approachable and patient and despite not having a massive showroom still took the time to go through combinations and colours etc. There was a mix up with the oven order too, and this was sorted and returned no questions asked. Really fabulous staff and service.
