Hi , i initially use howdens at york road Doncaster , I had a great working relationship with Josh and Louise, Louise moved to manage Kirk sandall branch and I opted for benifit of my buisness to continue doing well was to follow Louise to Kirk sandall branch , to be more specific Louise knows my speciations regarding individual sizes of latches to suit styles of doors so handles fit central to rail, and she also knows my speciations regarding kitchens also as she knows the products inside out that you’d think she was a fitter herself , exact same goes for Gemma , Nicole , many alex and rest of the team, there all a class act and I’ve never had one complaint off any of my customers who visit howdens kirk sandal branch directly, If a problem does occur ( which rarely does occur) like a damaged door gets delivered for example then it’s immediately resolved! Thanks and just want to appreciate what this branch has done to improve my buisness

A great experience and team

A great experience working with the team. I arranged a booking for a measure for a new kitchen wishing my workplace with Louise the new manager. Alex contacted me to arrange a convenient time to visit, and was knowledgable, listening to our needs and advising the next steps. Start to finish the team communicated well, understood my needs and were very supportive - would recommend!

Worst company ever

Worst company ever I have purchased a kitchen and appliances last year in February and was told that will be ready in 6 weeks but unfortunately it took 4 months to be completed.Every time something was missing even the washing mashine has arrived with no legs.I had to call several times each week for the missing parts And now the washing machine is not working properly but they don’t want to replace it or even repair it For more details don’t hesitate to contact me on07853543483 Kiril Kavrakov

Great service from start to finish cannot thank Bob enough for his customer care, always answered all our questions when I've called and has sorted any problems we had , Bob has helped us and made sure everything has been ok, very happy with our kitchen now, would always recommend,thank you bob and Everyone else at Howdens, much appreciated 👍

Excellent service from start to finish from the Kirk Sandal branch, have to give a big mention to Owen, nothing was too much trouble for him, I had a million questions which he took time to explain and show examples within the showroom or Brochure and made sure I was happy and understood before placing my order. I was contacted on the day I was told my order would be in stock ready to pick up. Can’t rate Howdens Kirk Sandal highly enough!

Really positive from start to finish

Really positive from start to finish. Had an initial home visit by Alex who measured the space we had and discussed how best to utilise what we had. He then drew up plans and showed on the computer how it would look. The price was very good and also found a way of saving us more money by taking the kitchen early and storing it in our garage prior to fitting. Top quality service. The install video is on TikTok under the account of the_aldi_chef

Great Staff that were very knowledgable, helpful and not pushy at all. Great communication throughout the job and delivery spot on. Had a very slight issues with the worktop (window sill) that was dealt with without a fuss and very quickly. Quality of the kitchen was very impressive and price much more reasonable than all local competition. Great job guys, Well done
