Super helpful and great value

I went in to order a special offer kitchen they had as it seemed such a good deal, it wasn't right for my size but money is tight. They insisted on designing me a kitchen to fit and pricing it in the colour I actually wanted and it came in below the price of the special offer kitchen! Super pleased they took the time to do this for me.

Swimmingly good so far… friendly helpful delivery, units coming together like clockwork, only around 30% through this project ~ downed tools for Christmas ~ but can't see any problems on the horizon, so yes, great stuff and Happy New Year everyone!

UNHELPFUL AND DISMISSIVE HOWDENS

How can Howdens sell or recommend a Lamona product, have they not read the Trust Pilot reviews? I am having to replace a Lamona integrated fridge freezer which has failed after 4 years 4 months! The contents of which have had to be binned 😡. I too should have bothered to read the reviews and not let my builder obtain it from them for me. I live and learn. Howden’s response to my review totally ignored the question of why they promote such a dreadful organisation as Lamona! To just absolve themselves by saying, as the item is out of guarantee, they can do nothing and referring me to an organisation who are as equally uninterested and unhelpful is unacceptable and dismissive.By using Lamona Howden’s are tarnishing their own reputation,
