We recently had a beautiful new kitchen installed by Howdens of Kings Lynn, and we couldn’t be happier with the result! While there were a few snagging issues along the way—as one might expect during a project of this scale—the support and excellent customer service from Kimmi throughout the installation were truly outstanding. Kimmi's calm, professional, and understanding approach to resolving any issues we encountered was not only reassuring but went above and beyond our expectations. Nothing seemed too much trouble for her, and her dedication made the entire process so much smoother. Her recommendation for a kitchen fitter, Carl, was equally impressive and perfectly aligned with the high standard of service we received from Howdens. Both Kimmi and Carl ensured we ended up with a stunning kitchen that we’ll enjoy for many years to come.
