Not happy

Opens an account was given 5k limit went in store bought some bits spent about £700 and my account been stoped spoken to a guy in there he told me because of fraud or something I literally orderd stuff for a job I have going on and couldn’t use the account dosent look good to my customer as I agreed to take payment once the job was done because I thought I had the credit in place for the job absolutely disgusting way of doing things

Excellent Service

The whole experience of getting our new kitchen has been seemless from start to finish! Martin and Matt have been extremely helpful and friendly, and always ensured that everything was delivered in speedy time for the fitting. They have both been really good with suggestions as well, as to what fittings and fittings would look best etc! Absolutely brilliant team, I’ve had a great experience in the past also when I purchased doors, thanks so much Louise

Just got another Kitchen from Martin at Long Lane Howdens. Perfect measure as always and delivered on time, as requested. Everything was delivered in one go. The whole team at Howdens Long Lane are always helpful, friendly and professional. They always make me feel that they are grateful for my business.

Had terrible experience with Howdens…

Had terrible experience with Howdens kitchens long lane Liverpool, Have been trying to resolve a colour dispute with kitchen for over a year now, yes over a year from day kitchen was fitted I had to get back In touched with store as end panels on kitchen was totally different from doors store manager trying to help came to my house twice with different doors and end panels could not get match. Been left hanging as manager said it would cost too much to take kitchen out to replace and offered me £200 pounds. Kitchen was £12500 absolutely disgusting so still trying to resolve situation as quality control is saying because I have white ceiling and light coloured walls how the light is bouncing off and making it look different. Never laughed so much absolutely terrible excuse. Having to seek legal action, feel like I could go on and on , I have used Howdens for years and still fit about 5 plus kitchens a year think this is all about to stop.

Great service

Just want to say a big thank you to Martin and his staff at the store. Martin was so helpful, knowledgable and nothing was too much trouble when ordering mum and dads kitchen. I was having a stressful week as a carer and the excellent customer services really helped me! Such a lovely guy and so we’re his staff in store and even got a lovely cup of tea. Many thanks Martin and will deffo recommend your store !
