Raj was incredibly warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable, making the whole account setup process completely hassle-free. He guided me through every step with ease and even let me choose a joining gift, which was a thoughtful touch. Raj introduced me to his colleague Jay, and together they made me feel like a valued customer from start to finish. While I was completing the paperwork, I was offered a drink of my choice, which was such a nice gesture that made the experience feel even more personal and comfortable. When it was time to leave, Raj made sure to let me know that I could stop by anytime for tea or coffee, which just shows the level of care and attention they give to their customers. This is what A-class service is all about — friendly, professional, and truly making you feel at home. Highly recommended!
