First time visiting the Horsham Branch

First time visiting the Horsham Branch And I was very impressed. The young girl I believe she said her name was izzy had a very welcoming approach. I came in to look at kitchen doors as I am interested in changing my kitchen doors. She thoroughly helped me she also gave me a booklet with builders details and a brochure to look through. Will be returning in definite Thoroughly impressed with the service.

Shocking!

Walking past the Horsham branch last week with my children and observed what can only be described as a playground! A tall man was yelling at what looked like employees telling them to “F Off” multiple times in an aggressive way. He then recklessly jumped in the forklift almost casing an accident! My children were visibly scared so god knows how the staff felt! Called up today to make a complaint and spoke to a man called Darren and it all seemed like an inconvenience that I had called. No customer service. I will not shop at a company who thinks it’s ok for staff to behave like that!

Good customer experience and nice products

Good engagement with me from initial contact to site visit and planning through to ordering and delivery. We have purchased 2 wardrobe units so far - still need installation. Polite and supportive colleagues at each stage. Constructively could have been a bit more proactive at following up to have face to face meeting to discuss detailed plans and quotes as I had to initiate this. However Frankie was proactive at sending me the overall quotes.
