Great Experience and Beautiful Result – Highly Recommend Lucy

Lucy at the Hook branch of Howdens was a pleasure to work with. She listened carefully to our ideas and requirements, offered helpful suggestions based on her experience, and introduced some great ideas we hadn’t considered. The final design was excellent, and the 3D walkthrough with Lucy at the showroom really brought it to life - and helped us refine the design. Lucy handled the inevitable project glitches quickly and efficiently, and she made it easy for us to try samples at home before committing. She also worked brilliantly with our kitchen fitter, which helped everything run smoothly. We’re absolutely delighted with the final result – it’s everything we hoped for and more. Highly recommended!

From start to finish

From start to finish, I would rate my experience dealing with the Hook Branch as excellent. Lucy the Kitchen Designer did a fantastic job of designing the kitchen with practical and effective utilisation of all available space.

Kitchen designer, plus doors in new build

Great Kitchen designer recommended by local builder as best in the area. Lucy was very patient with all the questions(many of them) and a few changes .Designed kitchen, utility and a wardrobe set in a new build. All Howdens staff been very helpful at all times. Very pleased with doors and skirting chosen. Nothing been too much trouble. Very efficient.

Fantastic support and patience!…

We cannot fault the excellent service from Simon and the team at Howdens Hook. We gad so much help and advice. The showroom is very inviting and time was spent with us discussing a kitchen in great detail. Excellent service and wholly enjoyable experience!

Excellent

Excellent. Kitchen design was great, loads of options if we wanted to tweak and change. We made a last minute change of worktops and this was no problem. Customer service was also great.

Great Howdens team

We had a great experience at Hook Howdens - Lucy looked after us throughout the process, including a home visit to measure up and discuss our needs. Nothing was too much trouble and the designs and mock-ups were so realistic it made it super easy to see what the final fit out would look like. We are very happy with our new kitchen, it looks amazing - thank you Lucy and Howdens!

Lucy was so helpful and knowledgeable

Lucy was so helpful and knowledgeable. Her patience and determination to make it work was fantastic. No matter what we threw at her, (and it was a lot), she came up trumps, nothing was too much trouble and we've ended up with a fabulous kitchen! Thank you Lucy!

Lucy was so helpful from start to finish

Lucy was so helpful from start to finish! She listened to the brief perfectly and delivered our dream kitchen and utility - thank you so much! Lucy was always there on the end of the phone, or responded quickly to emails when I had queries. She took a huge weight off my shoulders and was always the calming influence. The kitchen units themselves feel very good quality - I also love the colour options with classic designs.

Beautiful kitchens

Beautiful kitchens! super helpful and knowledgeable staff who took the time to come to our house and measure, help us plan and really listened to what we wanted, I felt confident we were in good hands and our new kitchen is perfection, we love it! Lucy listened and helped us plan a beautiful and practical kitchen that works for our family. Superb quality and excellent customer service. I highly recommend!

Excellent design and advice process from Lucy Spice in the Howdens depot in Hook. Lucy was extremely helpful, patient and technically proficient over the several months of the process until we finalised the design. We were very lucky to have Lucy guiding us.

We have recently installed a new kitchen

We have recently installed a new kitchen from Howdens in Hook, which we are delighted with. From start to finish it’s been seamless. The whole process was managed by Senior Kitchen designer Lucy Spice who has been the star of the show. From initial brief, design, project management and ongoing support Lucy has been instrumental in ensuring the whole process has gone like clockwork. Lucy has totally transformed the area with innovative design, cost effective solutions and ease of use. I would totally recommend Lucy to anyone considering changing their home. Thank you Lucy.

Howdens Hook

Howdens Hook have been extremely helpful and professional in their design and customer service. Lucy Spicer was our designer for our bedroom furniture. In the past wen also purchased our kitchen and appliances, also designed with Lucy. The delivery team were also great, being on time and courteous.

EXCELLENT!

Lucy the designer was excellent throughout the whole process. Did everything possible to work within my budget and was professional, efficient and communicated promptly. Delivery was exactly on schedule and again the two young men were courteous and very helpful. Thoroughly recommended.

Lucy Spice at Howdens Hook

We were lucky enough to land Lucy Spice as our kitchen designer. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I instantly liked and trusted her. Lucy was very patient with us, given that we had to stop/start our design. I had also heard from kitchen fitters that she was the best Howdens kitchen designer locally which backed my confidence in her. Unfortunately in the end, we went to an independent company who had competitive products/prices.
