I couldn’t be happier with the service and personnel

I couldn’t be happier with the service received from Howdens in Honley. All the staff have gone above and beyond to help me at every step of designing, amending, ordering and then changing bits on my kitchen, and delivery. They really have been great - friendly and upbeat along with professional, knowledgeable and helpful! Thank you ever so much to the whole team there.

Excellence in all departments.

Excellent staff, from design to delivery a good experience. The delivery guys had to go up to a second floor flat without a lift and just got on with it. The final result is excellent and very good value. The quality is better than expected.

Excellent kitchen design experience

After a lengthy back and forth with design ideas, range and layout I have my dream kitchen and we cannot thank Callum Wallace at the Holmfirth depot enough. He is incredibly patient and got the vibe of what we wanted straight away. We went for the Hockley Sandstone In-frame and Walnut. Callum’s suggestions about placement of units, worktop size and appliance recommendations were spot on and he went out of his way to ensure that we were happy with our decisions. This was a big project for us and I visited the store several times to see doors, handles, worktops etc before making decisions. I felt that Callum was as invested with our kitchen as we were and his professionalism throughout the process is commendable. It wasn’t just another quick sale and I doubt we could have got this level of service elsewhere. Delivery process was spot on and a replacement unit for one that had a minor crack in was incredibly swift. An excellent service from Howdens and particularly from our kitchen designer.
