Poor quality cabinets

Poor quality cabinets, some didn’t even have enough glue to hold them together and needed screwing together to keep them from falling apart. The backs are just stapled on and come off with the slightest pressure. Explaining to the client why there new kitchen is falling to bits is embarrassing.

I was asked by Dan (Hoddesdon branch manager) to give a review. I do realise that human factor can kill every business but this branch became my friends. Always kin to help and manage problems. We had in past some issues around 1 person but this person is not working anymore and everything turned back into great relationship

From an out of town carpenter working in Hoddesdon I found the staff at the Hoddesdon howdens absolutely fabulous, the lady on the desk Charlotte was so helpful and the manager Dan couldn't do enough. I highly recommend this branch and will be back again.
