Beware

Brought a kitchen from Harrow howdens, firstly design was wrong had to change many times don’t understand how a designer of howdens can get wrong three times 6 months later unit doors are bubbling rang store was asked to email Emailed 3 times with pictures and surprise surprise no reply from them Please howdens can you reply to our emails or call us.

Be aware of scam

Be aware of scam. The Colindale branched quoted me over 6k but over the phone they tell the real quote 5k but can’t put it on paper and told me to transfer 5k and to “trust me” 5k is the quote. For some odd reason they won’t put it on paper. I’ve also had many occasions of poor communication and really poor customer service. Aggressive behaviour for staff in the store. When I raised it with the manager he said sorry and it was because she was new and was still training. Be very careful about these people as they are doing dodgy business, no reputable company would send you a quote and tell you don’t worry pay us less.

Perfect service.

Design to adjustment in the showroom delivery and installation went very well. No anxiety over missed parts. All we needed was there. This is our third kitchen from Howden Many thanks
