Great team great service

I have used howdens for many years for joinery supplies for my business. i find the products to be a decent quality and standard at a fair and reasonable price. Most importantly i can not recommend the team at halesowen enough, the manager is superb to deal with and always ready to help with any issue’s, this combined with the knowledgeable trade counter staff is why they get the full 5 stars.

Great customer service

From the start, Darren @Halesowen Howdens, has helped to sort out some issues that were initially caused by someone else. He was so accommodating and really quick to reply on additional orders. The finish that we achieved was down to his superb customer service and support and we are very grateful for his help. We went with the Hockley Textures stone, copper profile trim, Oake and Grey herringbone flooring, Lennox black bifold and hall doors. Orders were all timely, delivered as promised and additional items sourced quickly. Communication was excellent. Would highly recommend.

Apparently after a visit to your…

Apparently after a visit to your Halesowen branch today I was advised you’ve never sold skirting board, architrave or door handles / locks. Nor can you advise where to try locally! Oh and my account is setup in this branch I would need to go Stourbridge? I live in Halesowen, my business is in Halesowen and have had a trade account for years buying skirting etc. total rubbish service and customer care
