I have been a business customer for over 25 years and the service that I receive is first class. We always work in partnership to ensure that my clients get exactly what they wanted. If for whatever reason the product received on site is not 100% Howdens always replace with like for like within 48 hours, if the product is not in stock. This timescale is usually shorter. The service is always first class and staff are well trained to deliver a positive and productive manner. I rate the business relationship as excellent.

Excellent service.

Just a quick review to thank all the team at Howden's Grimsby (Birchin Way) for all of their help & effort with our purchase of a new kitchen from them. The whole process was excellent, from the initial design of the kitchen (by Rosie) to the finish. A few very small issues were soon resolved by manager Wayne, whom i must say was extremely helpful and very professional, nothing was too much bother for him. A wonderful, hassle-free experience, just what you need when you have put your trust into a company with such a great reputation. Thanks again to the team, huge thanks to Wayne & Rosie.

Amazing team

Amazing team. Came in for a kitchen and other bits and pieces for our house renovation. Wayne, Ali and rachael who we mainly dealt with, went above and beyond to help us achieve what we wanted. Nothing is too much trouble very down to earth and professional, comfortable environment. Customer service by the rest of the team was excellent. Definitely use again. 👍
