Excellent customer service by Gill Saw from the Great Cambridge Road Branch. She was extremely professional and supported with the whole project during each stage from planning to installation. Gill was very accommodating for all our needs and nothing was too much trouble especially during the installation stages, she even give us her direct contact number if there was a problem. Great customer service from Mustafa

Really happy with the service we received from Mustafa at Great Cambridge Rd branch. I discovered through the course of designing our kitchen there are so many details which need to be addressed. I find it difficult to make decisions and had a lot of questions. Mustafa listened to my suggestions respectfully and didn't try to do a hard sell to get me to buy only Howdens products, which I appreciated. He had the knowledge required to advise me on the pros/cons of any ideas/questions I had and was very patient when I wanted to make changes several times. Great customer service. Can honestly say he made the process much easier for us and I am happy with the final design and purchase.
