AMAZING!

AMAZING!! If I could give more stars I would. We didn’t know what to expect or where to start really when we made the decision get a new kitchen but within minutes of walking into Howdens in Kinning Park, we were made feel at ease. We were greeted by a gentleman Lawrence Simonini… what a man. Lawrence wasn’t just trying to sell us a kitchen, he helped create and design the most beautiful kitchen. Without his knowledge and expertise it wouldn’t have been possible. Lawrence spent hours with us in the showroom and our own home, making sure everything went as smooth as possible and it didn’t stop there. Once he had designed the kitchen Lawrence also put us in touch with a tradesman he knew personally to carry out the fitting (Stevie)… again I can’t speak highly enough about him. Trustworthy, efficient and totally reliable, everything you want in a tradesman but never get. Our kitchen took two weeks to fit and Stevie and his team never missed a beat. Lawrence was in contact and visited through the fitting, just to make sure everything was going to plan. We didn’t go out looking to get the cheapest kitchen, we just wanted it done right…. we ended up getting both. Howdens were a a fraction of the price we were quoted elsewhere. Thank you Howdens and thank you Lawrence ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent Service

Duncan has been extremely professional throughout the process; from designs, showing us various options in the showroom and organising delivery. There was also slight confusion over a couple of items, which .was immediately sorted, within minimal fuss.

Excellent designer Magda

Excellent designer Magda. We initially attended another branch and had issues with quote, measuring and design. Quote came back incorrect several times. Contacted Magda and attended for an appointment here. She was extremely helpful, very quick and so professional. She put us at ease instantly and fixed all previous issues easily. Would highly recommend as she is very good at her job!

Kinning park is the first howdens branch my business have been affiliated with and I can’t stress enough how amazing Tam, Duncan, Willie, Magda, Sean and the rest of the staff have been. Helpful, amazing communication and attentive to our needs. Amazing work guys.

From the outset, Lawrence was fantastic in his communication, enthuthiasm and creativity to ensure our new kitchen met our exacting standards. He made the entire process straight forward, and based on previous experiences with a range of other kitchen companies, we cannot recommend Lawrence and Howdens highly enough. Customer service, After Sales and attention to detail are only a few of the highlights of our experience. Would not hesitate in purchasing another kitchen from Howdens, our finished kitchen is amazing and the quality of the products from Howdens is superior to any of their competitors.

I asked three times to have someone…

I asked three times to have someone measure for initially a utility room and will also be a kitchen later on on a house we are renovating. Two different branches I asked and am still waiting. I dealt with Howdens almost 20 yr ago when they opened the first Scottish branch. The managers now are not interested! Needless to say I will be going elsewhere in the future. purchased 3 items and found out i could get same three items accross the road for £31.00 cheaper. Went back into store to ask if you could price match and was told no. No consultation with manager. received refund and purchased items accross the road
