Excellent service from Donna and her team

Donna and her team made us feel so welcome the first time we went to the showroom. The customer service was excellent and the attention to detail was great. Donna's team helped us through the process from selecting the kitchen to installation. The tea from Morgan was fabulous. We highly recommend Donna, Morgan, Maz, and all at Howdens, we wouldn't go anywhere else!

The staff at Frankley are so welcoming…

The staff at Frankley are so welcoming and professional, in particular Donna, Becky and Mark. They made the whole process of buying my new kitchen exciting and easy. The design process was a particular treat, they have a designated room where you view your new kitchen. I will definitely be buying my bedroom furniture from here.

Used Howdens Frankley after being recommended by Simon Ibbetson, who was polite and helpful, all the staff at the Frankley Howdens were very friendly and helpful with taking my order and kept me up to date on the delivery progress, great customer service received. Dean who delivered the order today, deserves a special recognition, he was so friendly and helpful, my partner was home alone and currently 9 months pregnant, he carried everything in to our house and placed it all safely and carefully where she asked him, really appreciated this and going above and beyond with his customer service.
