Howdens Filton are amazing!

Howdens Filton were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Their products and the range available are fantastic. Martin the Manager and Assistant Manager Joe were professional from start to finish and couldn't do enough customer service-wise. I really cannot recommend them more highly.

Really poor customer service

Really poor customer service. Good design consultations but then wrong order arrived. All the wrong items, multiple emails and struggling to get the right items. Then they arrive damaged. Multiple emails and phone calls and little in the way of response. Returned items and no sign of a refund for the items returned. I have no idea what arrived and what was taken back. From the point of delivery of items incredibly slow and poor customer service.

Highly recommend Howdens for a new kitchen!

Everyone at Howdens (Filton) is always so helpful - from staff at the front desk, to people I asked a random question to in the warehouse. Miffy in the kitchen department was so helpful, knowledgeable and responsive to my daily emails and changing tastes. I will recommend Howdens to anyone in the future.
