Howdens Bedroom Furniture

We were recommended to Howdens of Fareham by our builder Damian Young. Beth from Howden‘s. was a godsend. She came to our property and measured and designed the wardrobes that would fit the space and our needs. When we popped into the local showroom to see a sample of the wardrobes, she invited us into the office and pulled up a graphic design of our bedroom with the wardrobes fitted on a huge TV screen to show us what it would all look like. They wardrobes were delivered on time, undamaged, and to say that we are pleased with them would be an understatement. I would highly recommend Beth at Fareham for her expertise on planning and Howden’s bedroom furniture for quality and style. We were so impressed with the quality of them and the customer service.

Happy with Howdens

Our kitchen consultant, Beth at Fareham branch, was so approachable and helpful. We didn’t feel pressured to buy anything we couldn’t afford and she advised us when we weren’t sure about things. Beth always responded to my email queries quickly and efficiently. Our kitchen was delivered on time and everything was in perfect condition. We are really happy with our Howdens kitchen and the service they provided.

Terrible service from Howdens Fareham…

Terrible service from Howdens Fareham and the fitter they recommended to me. Shocking standard of work - shame this review does not allow me to upload photos to show the poor standard of their ‘professional fit’ Paid on credit card for section 75 protection but my bank says I’ve paid Howdens but Howdens says I’ve paid the fitter so this loop hole prevents me from getting the protection I thought I had. Howdens says on their website that they build close relationships with local fitters offering high standard professional fitters … total crap. I do NOT recommend Howdens to anyone … I’ve lost £7000 … shop elsewhere. Contact details already given - I had to input my email address to be able to upload my review.

I didn't realise Howdens offer a design…

I didn't realise Howdens offer a design service. It would've been nice to have been offered this as I don't have any design software myself, and had drawn the whole thing out on old fashioned graph paper. Their translation of my drawing was fairly good, but not 100% accurate. To their credit, they did do a price match for me due to it being a sale period.

We have had a brilliant experience with Kirstie from Howdens who was so helpful in helping us to design the kitchen that we have always dreamed of! Kirstie came to our home and we also met her in the shop as well and both times she was very friendly and attentive. We are so happy with the finished product and really glad that we were guided by Kirstie to make this kitchen as functional and storage saving as possible.

Fabulous results

Kirsty at Howdens in Fareham was recommended to us by our kitchen fitter NPM Home Improvements (also excellent if you need anything at all doing in your home). She was prompt and responsive and got the design spot on. Nothing was too much trouble. The kitchen arrived on time and there were no issues with any of it. So pleased with the results and would thoroughly recommend Kirsty Howdens and NPM as a team if you want a superb job and stressless experience.
