Everything was messy

Everything was messy. The communication, the final product, everything. They get wrong a small kitchen for what I have paid 6000 pounds. I pick this brand because I thought they are serious company, but I was wrong and I have paid huge price for this mistake. My intention it is to go to the court. I have spending lots money and my time trying to sorted to look reasonable. If they cannot do a fit kitchen they should let the customers to know before will pay for something will not look like them expectations. Very disappointed. And no one is answering to the email, like they are saying in the replies. Everything it is just a huge farse.

Huge disappointment

I had a professional designer, after her (more than 20 years experience), for my kitchen and when was arriving and being fitted, nothing was like in the picture. The saleswoman was send me more stuff than I was needed, obviously I have been charged for this. The sink arrived damaged, the lights didn’t arrived. We have been in contact with her, she had to admit it that she make mistakes on her project and the solution what she found was we have to pay for sending back the extra product and as well we have to collect the parts what needed to be corrected to fix the problems. It is not IKEA project, I thought picking an expensive brand I’ll have quality design and final product too. But my disappointment it is huge. My intention it is to go and complain to the Ombudsman because I have to pay 3 years mortgage for this kitchen and nothing is not fitting properly like the project.

Friendly staff.

Great shop.....the only thing missing is .....a dry smoked bacon roll driping with lurpak butter and HP sauce waiting for me wen i arrive. Thx u

Brody @ Grangemouth branch

After a few not so pleasant experiences at Howdens recently I had a problem with one of my doors and this young lady initially sorted it and when I went to fit it today realised it was the wrong door. Called and Brady sorted it and got it to my house within an hour. This young lady is a total asset to your company and couldn’t be more helpful or friendlier and to me, really good at her job. Brody Thankyou again and was lovely to meet you. Howdens I would recommend you keep her as long as you can and she could also maybe train some of her colleagues on how to be as efficient at customer service as she is.

A very good experience

The free planning support was very good in identifying what layout suited best and the detailed drawings and photos produced from it were excellent showing the finished job and to help guide the build. The instruction manual and info sheets are excellent too, alongside the QR facility to enable utube videos of various operations, helping clarify any build queries you may still have . Finally the friendly staff at Falkirk have been really good at answering questions and providing any help they could. Of course the actual product is first class producing a beautiful finished job. No I’m not in anyway linked to Howdens! 😄
