Great prices

Great prices, excellent customer service. Ordered my washing machine early in the week and it was delivered in under 48hrs. Erin was superb, efficient and very professional. The delivery driver was warm and kind. I would definitely recommend. Thank you.

Customer service was outstanding

Customer service was outstanding, competitive prices, blew my quote out the water against another provider so got the cheapest price for the exact same thing. Why pay more when you don’t have to? Great quality products. I would highly recommend and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Well done Howden’s newbridge.

Whilst I got the products I intended….

Whilst I got the products I intended, Howdens “we won’t be beaten on price” slogan isn’t true as the sales man said they can’t go any cheaper. Loads of staff working waiting for an influx of customers but unless the atmosphere and prices in store change then I doubt this will come.

Horrific and harassing experience

Horrific and harassing experience. It would appear that the accounts section and the branches are not working in tandem. After three attempts to sort out and pay what was owed on our account at the branch the finance section kept sending me emails demanding payment and threatening legal action. This continued for 5 months and no apology has been forthcoming from the finance section.

Staff at newbridge howdens are always…

Staff at Newbridge Howden's are always happy and eager to help in anyway they can. On this occasion the knowledgeable staff- Davie & Erin were Attentive, provided speedy service and yet again on hand to offer some invaluable advice. Davie & Erin never fail to excel in delivering second to none customer service. Great staff and products make Howdens at Newbridge my go to shop. Well done team 👍
